Like all companies, it started from a small workshop of fresh pasta and gastronomy, but over the years it expanded, thanks to its constant search for quality and will to improve production techniques.

Thanks to this constant desire to improve, 3 years ago began the experience of fast freezing, especially in the field of mozzarellas, which led to an increase in their shelf life from 15 days to 12 months.
The main business of the pasta factory Mazzarini is the deep-frozen fresh pasta. Our range includes long pasta, stuffed pasta and gnocchi.
All have in common that they are without added preservatives, colorings or additives.
The ultimate goal is certainly to ensure high quality of each product.
Beyond Italy, this stimulus has also made us spread our Made in Italy abroad.
